Livewords is currently looking for a Business Developer to strengthen our Business Development team.

The Business Development team works together on engaging leading brands and organisations, for results that drive our business. Crafting RFP responses, attending events or doing nuts-and-bolts sales work; everything we do focuses on creating new perspectives and connecting people. We make things happen.

What are we looking for?

  • Ideally 2-5 years’ experience in business development/sales in a B2B environment
  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English
  • Passion and perseverance – we are looking for teammates who are motivated to succeed
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • A real team player who contributes to realising team goals
  • Work experience or a network in a specific industry is a plus (Legal, Finance or Manufacturing)

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Shaping existing and creating new business opportunities by converting in- and outbound leads into high-grade opportunities
  • Managing and providing global RFQs, follow-ups and invitations to tender
  • Researching accounts, identifying key players and generating interest
  • Working with Marketing on the implementation of company marketing plans as needed
  • Developing market requirements and sales plans; establishing both market and target client strategies
  • Travelling within the Netherlands will be required, as well as the flexibility to attend relevant events
